Ralph Waldo Emerson said it best, "Each moment of the year has its own beauty." Though we are partial to the beauty our spring season brings, we cannot overlook what the summer has to offer. The spring garden that is laid with strategery all the way down to the last little muscari bulb, has been dug up and replaced with the flowers of the summer season. Though the spring will always be a favorite of ours - full of tulips, daffodils, hustle and bustle - summer is also high on our list. The garden is very peaceful this time of year and will soon be taken over by towering sunflowers, stunning dahlias, popping zinnias, and classic petunias - a different kind of beauty that we still find breathtaking. There is something about the summer months that provides a relaxed feel. The extended time spent outdoors, the extra time with friends and family, or just the plentiful dose of vitamin D that is happily soaked up.
