Fresh Cut Flowers Guarantee:
We ship only the freshest flowers, all grown by our parent company, directly from our farm. Our state-of-the-art facilities incorporate the highest standards in the industry, producing only top quality flowers for shipment all across the United States. You will not find this type of quality and freshness unless you are buying directly from the grower. We fully guarantee our Top Quality products - we will issue a one time refund or re-shipment of your order if you are not satisfied with your flowers. Please Note: Tulips.com cannot be held responsible for wrong addresses, delivery delays due to extreme weather conditions, government mandated agricultural inspections, or recipients unavailable to receive deliveries.
Bulbs Guarantee:
All our bulbs are "topsize" meaning they're larger, more mature bulbs which produce bigger, more spectacular blooms. All bulbs are inspected and hand-packaged in our Skagit Valley facilities amidst the tulip fields. We ship your bulbs to you when they're ready for planting. It is incumbent upon you to plant them promptly and properly, using advice we offer. If you use proper care but the bulbs do not grow and produce normal blooms, we will gladly replace those bulbs on a future order or refund (one time) any item that fails to meet your expectations. Please Note: Tulips.com cannot be held responsible for losses due to extreme weather, improper storage, delayed planting or improper site conditions. Requests for refunds or replacements must be received by June 30th for bulbs received and planted the previous fall.
Gifts Guarantee:
We take great care in packaging and shipping our gift items. If your merchandise is not as described or is damaged in shipment, please contact us right away. We fully guarantee safe delivery of exactly what you ordered!
Cancellations:
There is a $25 processing fee for cancelled BULB orders. Bulb orders cannot be cancelled after August 31st.
We are unable to cancel a bulb, flower or gift order once it has been processed for shipment or has shipped.
