Ipheion Jessie: Jessie is a long-lasting garden bloom that naturalizes well. These flowers range from soft lavender-blue to sky blue and bloom in early to mid-spring. Known more commonly as "Spring Starflower", these blooms are relatives of allium and while the flowers have a sweet fragrance, the foliage has a subtle garlic scent that deters pests!

Area 1: Western states of WA, OR, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT and WY we will add 12 cents per dollar ordered. Minimum charge of $10.00 per order.
Area 2: All other states in the Continental U.S., which are not listed in Area 1, we will add 15 cents per dollar ordered. Minimum charge of $12.50 per order.
Area 3: Alaska & Hawaii - we will add 40 cents per dollar ordered. Minimum charge of $20.00 per order.
Canadian Friends: Add 15 cents per dollar ordered for shipping and handling. This will include all costs needed for the Agriculture Inspection Certificate and Customs Clearance. Minimum charge of $12.50 per order.
